Refund Policy
Since our services consist of consultation and design documentation, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
Design Documentation
Once design documentation has been delivered, it becomes the property of the client. However, modifications or revisions may be subject to additional consultation fees depending on the scope of changes requested.
Timeline for Cancellation
For scheduled consultations, we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to rescheduling fees.
